In this Ajujaht meetup, we will have three inspiring founders Martin Villig (Bolt), Vlad Rannik (CM Games) and Jana Budkovskaja (Prototron) coming on stage to share their experience of starting and building a company from 0 to 1.

Moderated by Jegor Karasjov (ENSKIED) we will be talking about the challenges of founding a company as a technical (co-)founder, how find the right team and the challenges and opportunities of building and growing businesses from Eastern Estonia.

Martin Villig – Co-Founder, Bolt

Martin Villig is the co-founder of Bolt, the leading European on-demand transportation platform with more than 25 million passengers in over 30 countries across Europe and Africa. Martin has been an entrepreneur for 20 years, and started and sold his first startup in 1998-1999. He has previously held management positions at Skype, Fortumo and NASDAQ Tallinn Stock Exchange.

Jana Budkovskaja – Prototron, CEO

Jana is running an early stage tech ideas fund – Prototron, where the best teams get up to 35 000 eur as non-dilutive investment. By today funded 98 teams have raised follow up investments of more than 85 million, and generated 35 mln in revenue (2022 y).

We were the first believers in successful companies like Comodule, Lingvist, Bikeep – when they were basically only team-and-dream.

Vlad Rannik – Co-Founder, CM Games

Co-founder at CM Games (>$100M lifetime revenue, PGBiz.com top 50 global mobile publisher 2013-2015 (x3), Estonian startup of the year 2012), formerly Creative Mobile.

Vlad has been building games for mobile, VR, and blockchain since 2008.

Co-created the original Drag Racing game (>400 million downloads).
